The game keeps no accounts and no player database of its own. No sign-in, no game server, no analytics of our own; progress stays on your device, and a TV only borrows it while your phone is connected. Ads are served by Google AdMob and are non-personalised only.
What stays on your device
Game progress (levels cleared, coins, unlocked heroes and weapons, settings, statistics, your own agent with its codename) and the state of your purchases are saved in the app's local storage. Nothing but the game itself ever reads this data.
It holds no name, e-mail address, phone number, location or any identifier that could single you out. The only text that comes from you is the agent codename, which you type yourself and can change at any time. Uninstalling the app deletes everything.
Ads
Ads in the game are served by Google AdMob and are non-personalised only: the app reports child-directed treatment (tagForChildDirectedTreatment, tagForUnderAgeOfConsent) and caps ad content at G. This applies to every player, because the game never asks for an age.
The app does not use the device Advertising ID: the AD_ID permission is explicitly removed from the package, and Google accounts for impressions and spots fraud without it (Google's policy for partner sites). In the EEA and the United Kingdom a Google ads privacy form may appear on first launch, available afterwards in the game's Settings under “Ad privacy”; it does not ask for consent to personalisation, because the app runs in child-directed mode.
The game has no analytics of its own — there is no Firebase, Crashlytics or any other analytics tool in the package. The Google ads SDK does collect its own data: interactions with the app and with ads, diagnostics, the IP address and device identifiers other than the Advertising ID — to serve and account for ads and to detect fraud; they are declared in the Data safety form in Google Play.
In-app purchases
Purchases are optional and every one of them gives a known thing — no loot boxes, no random content: coin packs (coins are also earned by playing) and one-time add-ons: multiplayer, the BREACH chapter (with a free sample), the creator of your own agent (also earnable through campaign progress), the starter pack and the “everything” bundle. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play Billing; the app never sees card or address details, only the confirmation of a purchase (Google Privacy Policy).
Achievements and leaderboards (Google Play Games)
If your device has Google Play Games services, the game may record achievements and leaderboard scores there. Google manages that data under your account; the game keeps no player database of its own. You can turn it off in the Google Play Games settings.
Multiplayer
Multiplayer is optional: it starts once you host a room yourself or join one. It works in two ways:
What reaches the other devices in the room is the game state, the name of the hero you picked, if you play your own agent its looks (without the codename — the other players see the word “agent” there) and technical connection data: the protocol version, your screen size, a rejoin token and two characters of the room code. Nothing a player types ever leaves the device. There is no chat. There is no game server.
Playing on a TV. The TV keeps no progress of its own: once paired with the code on its screen, your phone sends it a copy of the save over the same direct connection multiplayer uses, without the codename (it shows “AGENT” instead). The TV holds that copy in memory while connected, writes neither progress nor the codename of its own, sends progress back to the phone and returns to the pairing screen when the phone disconnects.
Android backup
The app uses standard Android backup, so your save file may end up on your Google Drive. That is the operating system's doing, not the game's; you can turn it off in your phone's backup settings.
Children's privacy
The game is made for children as well as older players, for supervised and unsupervised play alike. We do not ask for an age: every player is treated the way protecting a child requires.
G cap).If you are a parent or guardian and want to ask about anything, write to the address in “Contact”.
Your rights
The game collects no personal data, so there is no record to access, correct or erase; uninstalling the app removes all game data. Requests about purchase and achievement data go to Google.
Changes
If the game ever starts doing something it does not do today (keeping player accounts, for instance, or collecting statistics off the device), this page will change before such a version ships, together with the Data safety form in Google Play.
